The biggest investors in Montenegrin real estate: Serbs, Turks and Russians
In the first quarter of this year, citizens of Serbia and companies from that country spent the most money to buy real estate in Montenegro, investing an impressive 14.6 million euros.
Investors from Turkey placed second, with investments of 11.2 million euros in Montenegrin real estate, while Russians fell to third place with investments of 8.05 million euros.
It is interesting that investors from the USA are almost equal to the Russians, with purchases worth 8.04 million euros. They are followed by investors from Germany with 7.6 million euros, from BiH with 7.3 million euros, Switzerland with 3.7 million euros, and Great Britain with investments of 3.6 million euros in Montenegrin real estate.
